Short version: Use the tools for anything you want. We’re not responsible for the colors you choose.
Use of the service
ColorMix is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the palettes, hex codes, and CSS we generate in any project, including work you sell, without attribution. (Attribution is appreciated, but not required.)
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy of color values, or that the contrast checker will pass any specific accessibility audit. Always verify critical color decisions with your own tools.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of ColorMix, including but not limited to design decisions, accessibility failures, lost productivity, or arguments with your art director.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
