Short version: We don’t collect, store, or share any personal data. Your images never leave your browser.
Image processing
When you upload an image to extract a color palette, the file is read by your browser using the FileReader API and processed locally using the HTML5 canvas. The image is never uploaded to our servers, and we have no technical ability to see it.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate-only analytics to understand which tools are used and how. We do not track individual users, do not store IP addresses, and do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
Advertising
ColorMix is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our site or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Third-party services
We use Vercel for hosting and Google AdSense for advertising. Both have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle data.
